If you’re here it means you may need some help with one of our courses. To help you faster here’s a checklist to speed things up.

Support Checklist

  1. Make sure you are specific about which course you purchased.
    We have a few, so narrow it down, so we can be on the same page.
  2. Be as detailed as possible.
    Yes, it might be a pain to write step-by-step what you need but it will minimize the back and forth.
  3. Support hours are Mon-Fri 9 am to 5 pm AEST. If you submit a ticket outside these hours (like a Sunday) please allow for 1 business day reply.
